How do I place an order?
Email Golden Roots Global LLC or call +1 (786) 645-3841 with the oils and quantities you are interested in. We will discuss current availability, pricing and delivery options. There is no online checkout on this website.
Do you offer wholesale or distribution enquiries?
Yes. Contact us with your business name, location, products of interest and estimated quantities so we can discuss wholesale or distribution opportunities.
Where can you deliver?
Delivery availability and costs depend on the destination and order. Send us your city or postal code and requested quantities so we can confirm the options before you order.
Which oils and bottle sizes are available?
Early Harvest and Classic Koroneiki extra virgin olive oils are presented in 500 ml bottles. The seven Delicatessen flavours—thyme, chilli pepper, lemon, oregano, basil, rosemary and garlic—are presented in 250 ml bottles. Ask us for current stock.
What is the difference between Early Harvest and Classic?
Early Harvest is our signature square bottle, made from early-harvest Koroneiki olives and cold-extracted in Greece. Classic is our smooth, balanced Koroneiki extra virgin olive oil for salads, marinades, dipping and everyday cooking.
Where can I find ingredients and allergen information?
Read the label on your specific bottle for ingredients, nutrition information, lot number and best-before date. If you have an allergy or dietary requirement, contact us for product-specific details before ordering or consuming an oil.
How should I store the oil?
Keep bottles in a cool, dark place, away from heat and direct sunlight. Close the cap after use. Do not refrigerate, and follow the best-before information on the bottle.
Where are the oils from?
Chatzidis celebrates Greek olive oil from Crete. Our Early Harvest and Classic oils use the Koroneiki variety. Product-specific origin details are shown on the bottle.
Do the certificates apply to every bottle?
Certificates cover the facility, activity or product stated in each document. They do not automatically apply to every oil in the collection. The website identifies the expired DIO organic certificate as archived; contact us for current, product-specific documentation.
